Real People facing Real Problems finding Real Hope from a Real Savior
Our website is currently undergoing a major redesign. Please be patient.
In the mean time we will post only critical information on this page.
Thank you and God Bless You!
This Saturday - Easter 2012 - PLEASE PRAY

"If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. " 1 John 3:17-18
Dear Church Family,
Jesus looked in pity on us, saw our great need, and poured out the riches of His tender mercy and even His blood to meet our need. And He didn't stop giving to us at the cross. He is busy now providing all things richly for our enjoyment.
This Saturday we will celebrate His sacrifice of Love that taught us what it is to love. And this Saturday we will have a chance to take from the enjoyable riches he has given us and give to another in need.
This Saturday for Easter we will be taking a special offering for Sherry's Daughter-in-Love, Jess, and her 2 Children, Aubrey and Abby. Jess is a Single Mother who works hard to provide a meager income of $14,000.00.
Any money received at Real Hope this Saturday at our service will go to Jess to help with her needs for her Children.
I am not asking you to give anything. I am only asking you to pray. Take some time and spend it in genuine prayer.
I am not asking you to decide how much to give this Saturday. I am not asking you to consider what amount you are financially able to offer to Jess.
I am asking you to pray and to ask God what He would want you to give to Jess.
Meanwhile, I will be praying that God will give you the faith to give exactly as He instructs even if the amount makes you uncomfortable.
Amy and I are praying too, and we are praying that we will have the faith to give as He instructs.
Your giving should not be out of guilt.
Your giving should not be based on an impulse.
Your giving should not be out of obligation or duty.
Your giving should not be out of need.
Your giving on Saturday as always should be of faith.
So, please, beloved Church, take time to pray, speak to our loving, providing Father, and ask Him how much you should give this Saturday. Ask Him for the faith to help you to give as He instructs.
We hope to give a check to Sherry immediately following the service so she can present it to Jess. If God leads you to give, but for some reason you will be unable to attend this Saturday, please let us know what you intend to give so we can cover you.
Love in the Lamb,
Pastor Shawn
